On Tuesday 1 September, Australia and New Zealand’s leading brands and retailers committed to responsible forestry will gather for the 2026 FSC Promotional Licence Holders' (PLH) Forum to hear the latest FSC updates, explore innovations shaping responsible sourcing, learn from industry leaders, and discover new ways to leverage their promotional licence to communicate sustainability commitments with credibility.
Designed exclusively for organisations licenced to promote using the FSC brand and trademarks, this annual forum brings together industry leaders to explore the latest local and global developments in responsible forestry, supply chains, and responsible marketing. It offers a chance to hear about innovative best practices from across the PLH network and uncover new opportunities to maximise the value of your licence.
Guest presenter Jean-Pierre Masclef, Supply Chain Director at Lonely Planet, will share the company’s long-term journey towards embedding responsible sourcing across its global publishing operations, culminating in the achievement of 100% FSC-certified paper across its publications.
Overseeing global printing, paper procurement, logistics and distribution, Jean-Pierre has played a key role in advancing Lonely Planet’s FSC commitment. Working closely with paper suppliers, printers and certification partners, he has helped strengthen responsible sourcing and chain-of-custody practices throughout the supply chain.
Also joining the program is Linda Reid, Head of Marketing & Communications at Winc, who will share the story of how collaboration across the local industry helped bring Australia’s only Australian Made FSC-certified copy paper to market, and the potential it represents for sustainable manufacturing in Australia. Mandura Carbon Neutral Australian Made A4 Copy Paper is produced in Tasmania using half the amount of wood chips required in traditional copy paper manufacturing. Approximately 85% of its components are sourced locally from Tasmania, including wood chips from FSC-certified forests.
A passionate advocate for positive change, Linda contributes to Winc’s Social Agenda, with a particular focus on First Nations economic and social empowerment. She also leads Winc’s partnership with FSC, supporting the company’s ongoing commitment to sustainable forestry and responsible sourcing.
Whether you're looking to strengthen your sustainability communications, maximise the value of your promotional licence, or connect with peers facing similar opportunities and challenges, the PLH Forum offers practical takeaways, fresh ideas and valuable industry perspectives.
