Trademarks Program
The FSC Trademarks Program allows FSC Chain of Custody Certificate Holders and FSC Promotional Licence Holders to use the FSC trademarks, including the logo, to let their customers know that their products are FSC certified and to promote their partnership with and support for FSC and the FSC system.
Trademarks Team
FSC trademarks provide a guarantee to consumers that the FSC labelled products they buy come from responsible sources. The FSC trademarks enable consumers to choose products that support forest conservation, offer social benefits, and enable the market to provide an incentive for better forest management.
FSC Chain of Custody Certificate Holders can apply FSC labels to products and make FSC claims in sales documents (thereby maintaining the chain of custody for FSC-certified products) as well as use the trademarks for promotional purposes. Find out more here.
FSC Promotional Licence Holders are granted permission use the FSC trademarks in relation to the promotion of FSC certified products and services. They may use the trademarks for promotional off-product purposes such as on websites, in social media campaigns, in-store promotional material, on webpages and in catalogues.
