FSC® Australia (Responsible Forest Management Australia Ltd) is inviting nominations for two Board Director roles, with one position available in the Environmental Chamber and one in the Social Chamber.
Serving on the FSC Australia Board is a valuable opportunity to contribute to the leadership and strategic direction of FSC in Australia and New Zealand. Board Directors play an important role in representing member interests, guiding organisational priorities, and strengthening the impact of FSC’s work across environmental, social, and economic outcomes. We encourage members who are passionate about responsible forest management and the future of FSC in Australia and New Zealand to consider nominating or to encourage suitable candidates within their networks to nominate.
Please note that only FSC Australia members are eligible to nominate. Nominees must either be a fully paid Individual Member, a nominee of a paid Organisation Member, or become a member prior to the Annual General Meeting.
To nominate, please complete the Director Nomination Form and checklist below, and submit them with all required supporting documents to our Company Secretary at anshu.raghuvanshi@acclime.com by 28 April 2026.
Nominated Directors will be elected by the FSC Australia membership at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 28 May 2026.
