Following feedback from our members, the date of this years Policy Forum has moved to Thursday the 7th of November 2013. This is the same day as the FSC Australia Annual Excellence Awards.
Policy Forum
The Melbourne FSC Policy Forum is the first in a round FSC Australia forums aimed at seeking feedback on the second draft of the International Generic Indicators http://igi.fsc.org/index.htm and the first phase of developing the Australian National FSC Forestry Management Standard.
The forum will be an opportunity for members and stakeholders to provide feedback and expert advice to the Standards Development Group. FSC Australia is subsidising the event but attendees will still be required to pay entry fee to help us cover venue and catering.

Annual Excellence Awards
The awards are open to Organisations and Individuals in Australia who are committed to being involved in the FSC system; creating a marketplace that promotes environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial and economically viable management of the world’s forests.
